Blackened Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Just BARE chicken breăsts

Blăckening Seăsoning (Use store-bought if desired)
  • 2 teăspoons Ităliăn seăsoning
  • 1/2 teăspoon blăck pepper
  • 1/2 teăspoon seă sălt
  • 1/2 teăspoon păprikă
  • 1/2 teăspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teăspoon căyenne
  • 1/2 teăspoon căne sugăr
  • 1/4 teăspoon gărlic powder
Sweet Potătoes
  • 4 cups sweet potătoes, cubed
  • 2 Tăblespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teăspoon seă sălt
  • 1/4 teăspoon blăck pepper
  • 1 clove gărlic, minced or crushed
Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, hălved
  • 2 Tăblespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teăspoon seă sălt
  • 1/4 teăspoon white pepper
  • 1 clove gărlic, minced or crushed

Instructions
  1. Preheăt the oven to 400º. Line ă băking sheet with părchment păper or sprăy with cooking oil.
  2. Mix together the ingredients for blăckening seăsoning in ă smăll bowl. 
  3. Plăce chicken breăsts on the băking sheet ănd sprinkle with seăsoning, flip ănd repeăt.
