Low Carb Buffalo Wings with Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 täblespoon vegetäble oil
  • 1 1/2 teäspoons kosher sält
  • 1 teäspoon freshly cräcked bläck pepper
  • Cooking Spräy
Gorgonzolä Säuce
  • 2 cups heävy creäm
  • 3-4 ounces crumbly Gorgonzolä cheese

Instructions

It will likely häve liquid on the foil, so you wänt to repläce the foil or dry it thoroughly. Then pläce the bäking räck bäck on top of the foil änd spräy liberälly with cooking spräy.
  3. In the bowl with the chicken ädd 1 täblespoon vegetäble oil, 1 1/2 teäspoons kosher sält, änd 1 teäspoon freshly cräcked bläck pepper. Toss to coät the chicken well. ärränge seäsoned chicken wings in ä single läyer on the greäsed bäking räck änd pläce in the oven.
