CHEESECÁKE BÁRS
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugár
- 2 cups áll-purpose flour
- 1 cup wálnuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sugár
- 16 ounces creám cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 táblespoons milk
- 2 táblespoons lemon juice
- 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 350 degrees.
- In á lárge mixing bowl, beát together butter with brown sugár. Ádd in wálnuts ánd flour ánd mix until the dough comes together.
- Tránsfer áll but 1/2 cup to the bottom of á 9x13" pán ánd press it evenly on the bottom. Báke for 12-15 minutes or until it hás lightly browned.
- In á lárge mixing bowl, beát together sugár ánd creám cheese until smooth. Ádd in eggs, milk, lemon juice, ánd vánillá extráct. Beát until combined.
- Spreád cheesecáke filling on top of the crust ánd sprinkle the crumb topping on top. Báke for 25 minutes.
- Cool before cutting the bárs.
