CHEESECÁKE BÁRS

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugár
  • 2 cups áll-purpose flour
  • 1 cup wálnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugár
  • 16 ounces creám cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 táblespoons milk
  • 2 táblespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct

Instructions

  1. Preheát the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In á lárge mixing bowl, beát together butter with brown sugár.  Ádd in wálnuts ánd flour ánd mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Tránsfer áll but 1/2 cup to the bottom of á 9x13" pán ánd press it evenly on the bottom.  Báke for 12-15 minutes or until it hás lightly browned.
  4. In á lárge mixing bowl, beát together sugár ánd creám cheese until smooth.  Ádd in eggs, milk, lemon juice, ánd vánillá extráct.  Beát until combined.
  5. Spreád cheesecáke filling on top of the crust ánd sprinkle the crumb topping on top.  Báke for 25 minutes.
  6. Cool before cutting the bárs.
