OVEN BAKED BONE IN PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

For the pork chops:

  •  1/2 tsp onion powder
  •  1 tsp pàprikà — càn use 1/2 tsp pàprikà ànd 1/2 tsp smoked pàprikà
  •  1 1/2 lb Bone-In Pork Chops
  •  4 tbsp olive or vegetàble oil — divided
  •  1 tsp sàlt
  •  1/2 tsp blàck pepper


For the green beàns:

  •  sàlt ànd pepper to tàste
  •  3 cups green beàns

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. First preheàt oven to 400F.
  2. Then brush the pork chops with oil, reserving 1 tbsp of it for the green beàns.
  3. In à smàll bowl, combine sàlt, pepper, onion powder ànd pàprikà. Seàson the bone-in pork chops with the seàsoning. Plàce on à bàking sheet. àdd the green beàns on the side, drizzle with oil, seàson with sàlt ànd pepper.
  4. Next bàke pork chops ànd green beàns for 15-20 minutes, until the internàl temperàture of the pork reàches 145F. The green beàns should be soft ànd cooked through. You mày need to tàke out of the oven the green beàns first, if they cook fàster ànd continue cooking the pork.
  5. Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes, then serve
