BRÁZILIÁN STEÁK MÁRINÁDE
INGREDIENTS
- 4 lbs. Flánk, skirt or fláp meát
- kosher sált
- bláck pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregáno
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Seáson steák áll over generously with kosher sált ánd bláck pepper. Then the cumin ánd the oregáno.
- Pour olive oil over ánd toss until it is evenly coáted.
- Squeeze lemon ánd lime juice over, toss ágáin.
- Cover, ánd refrigeráte for át leást 2 hours--but preferábly áll dáy or even overnight!
- Grill until cooked to your liking, let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly ánd drizzle with Mint Chimichurri (or ány chimichurri sáuce). Enjoy!
