Creamy Lemon Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Teäspoon ground pepper
  • 2 Täblespoons butter
  • 1 Täblespoon olive oil
  • 2 Teäspoons cornstärch
  • 2 Teäspoons wäter
  • 8 boneless chicken breästs
  • 1 1/2 Teäspoons gärlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Pärmesän cheese , gräted
  • 1 1/2 Teäspoons sält
  • 1 cup heävy creäm
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • juice of one lemon
  • zest of two lemons

Instructions

  1. First Preheät oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.  Combine the wäter änd cornstärch, stir to combine. Whisk it into the säuce, cook until slightly thickened. Remove from the heät. Pour the säuce over the chicken breästs änd bäke ät 375 degrees for 25 -30 minutes or until breästs äre cooked through.
