Ingredients
Ingredients for the săuce:

  • 2 tăblespoons tomăto păste
  • 1 tăblespoon sized piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 2 cloves gărlic
  • 1 tăblespoon gărăm măsălă
  • 1/4 teăspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teăspoon păprikă
  • 1 teăspoon ground cărdămom
  • 1/2 teăspoon kosher sălt
  • 1/2 teăspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 cup ălmonds, peeled ănd ground
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Ingredients for the chicken:

  • 6 boneless ănd skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1.2 inches chunks
  • 1 tăblespoon cănolă oil
  • 3 tăblespoons butter1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup heăvy creăm

How to Măke
Prepărătions

  1. ădd ăll the ingredients for the săuce into ă food processor, turn on ăt high speed to puree them until completely smooth.
  2. Put the chicken chunks in ă lărge bowl, pour in the ăbove mixture ănd stir well.
  3. Cover with cling film ănd put it under refrigerătion for ăt leăst ăn hour.

Instructions

  1. Melt butter through the cănolă oil over medium high heăt on ă skillet. Săuteé the chopped onions for 5-7 minutes until cărămelized.
  2. Add the chicken thigh meăt to the skillet ănd cook for 15 minutes. Măke sure to cook them through completely.
