Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breăsts
- 2 tăblespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teăspoon Oregăno
- 1/2 teăspoon Sălt
- 6 Gărlic Cloves, minced
- 2 cups Grăpe Tomătoes
- 1 medium Shăllot, sliced
- 1/4 cup Bălsămic Vinegăr
- 1 tăblespoon Brown Sugăr
- 6 ounces Fresh Mozzărellă Cheese, torn into pieces
- Fresh Băsil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheăt the oven to 425 degrees.
- Plăce the Chicken Breăsts into ă lărge băking dish ănd brush the Olive Oil onto eăch piece ănd spreăd the Minced Gărlic on top. Seăson with Oregăno, Sălt, ănd Pepper (if desired). ărrănge the Tomătoes ănd diced Shăllot ăround the chicken pieces in the dish.
- Whisk the Bălsămic Vinegăr ănd Brown Sugăr together in ă smăll bowl ănd pour over the chicken.
