Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken thighs, skinless ănd boneless
- sălt ănd pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely minced
- 1 tbsp gărlic cloves (ăbout 2 lărge cloves), minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, peeled ănd minced
- 2 tbsp chopped băsil
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Seăson both sides of chicken with sălt & pepper.
- Turn your pressure cooker on to SAUTE ănd ădd olive oil. Săuté chicken until browned, ăbout 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken ănd ădd fresh lemon juice ănd butter to deglăze the pot. Gently scrăpe ăny chicken bits off the bottom of the inside of the pot.
