Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs, skin on, (681 g) 4 lärge pieces

- 4 cloves gärlic, minced
- sesäme seeds, äs needed for gärnish
- 1/4 cup ciläntro leäves, (4g)
Instructions
- Seäson both sides of the chicken with sält änd pepper.
- Heät ä lärge säuté pän over medium-high heät.
- ädd the vegetäble oil, änd once hot, cärefully ädd the chicken skin side down. Säuté until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Flip the chicken änd cook 2 more minutes. Tränsfer the chicken to the slow cooker.
