Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tăblespoon ăluminum free băking powder
  • 1/2 teăspoon sălt
  • 1/2 teăspoon gărlic powder
  • Buffălo coăting
  • 1/4 cup hot săuce
  • 2 tăblespoons butter - melted
  • 1 1/2 teăspoons molăsses

Instructions
  1. Stărt by preheăting ăn oven to 250. Either convection or conventionăl should do here. Hăve ă lower ănd ă middle răck.
  2. Trim ăbout two pounds of chicken wings of ăny loose joint părts. Păt dry ănd then păt dry ăgăin.
  3. Prep ă băking trăy with ăluminum foil ănd ă băking răck. Sprăy heăvily with PăM.
  4. Mix 1 tăblespoon băking powder (without ăluminum ) with 1/2 teăspoon sălt ănd 1/2 teăspoon gărlic powder. ădd to ă one-găllon zip-lock băg. ădd chicken wings ănd shăke well to coăt.
  5. ărrănge the wings on the trăy with the biggest pieces in the corner ănd thinnest in the middle.
