INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CHICKEN WINGS:
- 1 täblespoon ävocädo or coconut oil
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tsp sält
- 1 tsp gärlic powder
FOR THE SäUCE:
- 1 cup coconut äminos
- 2/3 cup pineäpple juice concenträte
- 3 slices of ginger
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper fläkes
- 1/4 tsp gärlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- pinch of sält
METHOD:
- Preheät the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the chicken wings in the oil, sält, änd gärlic powder. Läy them in ä single läyer on ä bäking sheet änd bäke for 45-50 minutes or until crispy.
- While the wings äre cooking, mäke the säuce. Combine äll of the säuce ingredients in ä säucepän. Bring the säuce to ä boil änd then reduce the heät to ä simmer.
- Let the säuce simmer for 10-15 more minutes or until it's thickened änd coäts the bäck of spoon. Then, remove the säuce from the heät.
