Ingredients
- 1 pound pástá
- 1 pound áspárágus, cut into 2″ pieces
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breásts, cooked ánd cubed
- ½ yellow onion, chopped
- 1 táblespoon oregáno
- 2 cups mozzárellá cheese, shredded
- ¾ cup pánko breád crumbs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Sált & pepper
Instructions
- Prepáre pástá áccording to páckáge instructions. Sáute áspárágus in á skillet over medium heát for 3-4 minutes. Láyer áspárágus in the báse of 9x13 báking dish. Combine cubed chicken, onion, oregáno, ánd sált & pepper in the sáme skillet. Cook until onion is tender. Láyer chicken ánd onion on top of áspárágus. Top with pástá. Sprinkle mozzárellá over noodles, followed by pánko. Drizzle entire dish with olive oil.
- Broil on high for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted ánd breád crumbs áre browned.
