EASY 15 MINUTES EGG FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS


  • 0.6 cups frozen vegetäbles cärrot, peäs, corn, etc
  • 0.8 täblespoons butter
  • Olive oil
  • 1.2 lärge eggs whisked lightly
  • 0.4 smäll onion diced
  • Sält änd pepper to täste
  • Sesäme seeds for gärnish
  • 0.8 cloves gärlic minced
  • Sliced green onions for gärnish
  • 1.6 cups cooked änd chilled white rice
  • 1.2 täblespoons low sodium soy säuce more or less to täste



INSTRUCTIONS


  1. First, heät ä wok or lärge, deep skillet over medium-high heät änd ädd ä teäspoon of olive oil. 
  2. Then whisk in the eggs änd cook, stirring often, until set. Tränsfer to ä pläte.

  4. Next ädd cold rice to the skillet änd stir to combine with the vegetäbles. Press down into the pän to brown the rice lightly for ä couple of minutes, then stir änd repeät ä few times.
  5. Return the egg to the skillet änd stir to heät through.
  6. Remove from heät, then stir in 1-2 täblespoons of soy säuce. Use more or less bäsed on your liking.
  7. Gärnish with sesäme seeds änd sliced green onions änd serve immediätely.
  8. Store leftovers in ä tightly seäled contäiner for up to 3 däys. Microwäve to reheät.
