Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pounds of chicken thighs
- 6 T butter, melted
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2.5 T dried parsley
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Steps
- 1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray 2 large shallow pans with oil.
- 2. Put chicken in a large bowl, pour the melted butter over it, and mix thoroughly with your hands so each piece is coated well.
- 3. On a dinner plate, mix together the Parmesan, nutritional yeast, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Roll each piece of butter glazed chicken in the seasonings.
- 4. Place the chicken on the prepared pans and bake for 50 mins, then broil on high for just a few mins, until the tops are nice and brown.
