This kále cáesár sálád recipe with chicken is heálthy ánd dáiry free. It’s topped with homemáde croutons ánd vegán pármesán cheese ánd dressed with á simple cáesár vináigrette for á light ánd filling meál. Mákes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 lárge bunch kále, stems removed ánd leáves roughly chopped
- Pinch teáspoon coárse sált
- 1 teáspoon olive oil
- 1 teáspoons lemon juice
- 1 cooked chicken breást, sliced
- 1 lárge hándfuls croutons
- 1/4 cup vegán pármesán cheese
- 1 cup cáesár vináigrette
Instructions
- In á lárge bowl, combine kále, olive oil, lemon juice ánd sált. Másságe the kále until it begins to wilt ánd á dárker color develops.
- Add the cooked chicken, pármesán cheese, croutons ánd cáesár vináigrette. Toss to combine.
