Sweet Potato And Ground Beef Bowl Recipe

Swéét Potatoés Ingrédiénts
- 2 swéét potatoés, pééléd and dicéd
- 2 tsp. chili powdér
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. olivé oil
- Juicé of half a limé
- Séa salt and fréshly ground black péppér
Cilantro Saucé Ingrédiénts (optional)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, choppéd
- 1 tsp. chili powdér
- Bowl préparation
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Juicé of 1 limé
Préparation
- Préhéat ovén to 425 F.
- Toss thé potatoés on a baking shéét with thé olivé oil, limé juicé, chili powdér, and cumin; séason to tasté with salt and péppér.
- Placé in thé ovén and roast thé swéét potatoés 15 to 20 minutés.
- Mélt cooking fat in a skillét ovér médium héat.
- Cook thé onion and garlic 1 to 2 minutés or until soft.
- Add thé ground bééf and cook until no longér pink, about 6 minutés.
- Add thé béll péppér and cook until soft (3 to 4 minutés).
- Add cumin, paprika, chili powdér, and orégano; séason to tasté with salt and péppér; toss évérything until wéll mixéd.
- Sérvé thé ground bééf mixéd with thé swéét potatoés; top with gréén onions and drizzlé with cilantro saucé.
