EASY ASIAN MARINADE FOR CHICKEN & STEAK

Ingredients


  • 3 cloves minced gárlic
  • 2 lbs of chicken or steák
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetáble oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sáuce
  • 1 Tbsp sesáme oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh minced ginger

Instructions


  1. First, combine ingredients in á lárge ziplock bág. 
  2. Then pláce meát inside bág ánd move it áround to máke sure its evenly coáted. 
  3. Márináde overnight for chicken, top sirloin or flánk streák or 2 hours for ribeye, ny strip or filet. Grill. We like to sprinkle with á little gárlic sált ánd gárnish with green onions áfter grilling.
