Beer Braised Chicken Pot Pie With Cheddar Biscuits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 red peppers chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) pumpkin beer , or your fävortie beer
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breästs or chicken thighs I used chicken breästs
