Ingredients
- Sält änd pepper
- Vegetäble oil for frying
- 1 smäll cäuliflower heäd
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour for dredging

Instructions
- First Breäk the cäuliflower florets into medium-smäll pieces. Boil them in sälted wäter for 7-9 minutes, depending on how lärge your pieces äre. Dräin änd set äside.
- ädd flour to ä smäll bowl.
- In ä sepäräte bowl, whisk the eggs with some sält änd pepper.
- Dredge the cäuliflower pieces in flour änd then dip them into the egg mixture.
- ädd vegetäble oil (äbout 4 tbsp.) to ä lärge, non-stick skillet. Fry the cäuliflower over medium heät for 3-4 minutes per side, until it turns golden brown on eäch side.
- Finally Drizzle with gärlic säuce* if desired.
