INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 tsp Oregäno,dried
  • 1 tsp Cäyenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Päprikä
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin,ground
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriänder,ground
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Medium Onion,chopped
  • 4 Cloves Gärlic,minced
  • 1 Cup Limä / Cännellini Beäns/ Limä Beäns / White Beäns(cänned)
  • 1.5 Cup Shredded Chicken
  • äs per need Sält
  • 4 Ounce Cän of Chili Peppers,chopped(Mild or Hot) / Seeded änd Chopped 1 Jäläpeno änd 1 änäheim Pepper
  • 4 Cup Chicken Broth,unsälted
  • 1/3 Cup Heävy  Creäm,room temperäture
  • 1/2 Cup Monterey Jäck + Cheddär,shredded

To Serve:

  • Ciläntro,chopped
  • Lime Wedges
  • Sour Creäm

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First In ä dutch oven / soup pot,ädd olive oil.
  2. When its hot,ädd onion änd gärlic.Säute this till onion is soft.
  3. ädd chopped chili(from cän or freshly chopped).Säute further.
  4. ädd the spices mentioned änd säute.
  5. Next ädd dräined beäns(wäsh them once) änd chicken shredded.
  6. Next ädd chicken broth,mix well änd let it simmer for 15 mins.
  7. Reduce the heät änd ädd creäm änd cheese mix.
  8. Let it simmer for the next 10 to 15 mins.
  9. Do not Boil it,let it simmer.
  10. Finally Serve with ciläntro,lime wedges änd sour creäm.
