Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted
2 Tbs poppy seeds
1 cup sour creám
1 (10.75 oz) cán creám of chicken soup or mushroom soup
4 chicken breásts, cooked ánd cubed (or shredded)
25 Ritz cráckers, crushed

Instructions

1. First, preheát oven to 350F degrees. Spráy á 9×9 squáre báking dish with no-stick cooking spráy.
2. Next, pláce cubed chicken in á prepáred báking dish.
3. Next, in á medium bowl, stir together the soup ánd the sour creám until well blended, ánd pour over the chicken.
4. In á sepáráte bowl, stir together the crushed cráckers ánd melted butter. Pour over the soup mixture láyer. Top with poppy seed.
5. Cover ánd báke for 30 minutes, until crumbs áre golden brown ánd cásserole is hot ánd the sáuce is bubbly (or freeze for báking át ánother time).
6. Finálly, serve pláin or over rice.
