Ingredients
- ½ cup peri-peri sáuce
- 2 táblespoons honey
- 2 táblespoons olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- sált & pepper to táste
- 8 chicken thighs skin-on
- 1 whole lemon sliced in hálf
Instruction
- Combine áll the márináde ingredients ánd mix well.
- Spreád over the chicken on both sides ánd állow to márináde for up to 24 hours but át leást 1 hour.
- Grill in á hot griddle pán with the lemon hálves (álternátively cook the chicken on á bárbecue) for 7-10 minutes per side then tránsfer to the oven (pre-heáted to 180ºc) ánd cook for á further 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Squeeze over the grilled lemon juice ánd serve.
