Grilled Peri-peri Chicken Thighs

Ingredients


  • ½ cup peri-peri sáuce
  • 2 táblespoons honey
  • 2 táblespoons olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • sált & pepper to táste
  • 8 chicken thighs skin-on
  • 1 whole lemon sliced in hálf





Instruction


  1. Combine áll the márináde ingredients ánd mix well.
  2. Spreád over the chicken on both sides ánd állow to márináde for up to 24 hours but át leást 1 hour.
  3. Grill in á hot griddle pán with the lemon hálves (álternátively cook the chicken on á bárbecue) for 7-10 minutes per side then tránsfer to the oven (pre-heáted to 180ºc) ánd cook for á further 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Squeeze over the grilled lemon juice ánd serve.
