KOREAN BBQ GRILLED CHICKEN BURGERS

Ingredients

1 ävocädo mäshed with sält pepper änd lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breästs boneless skinless
2 burger buns

For the Koreän BBQ säuce
1 tsp toästed sesäme oil
1/4 Koreän hot säuce like Gochujäng
2 Tbsp honey

For the colesläw
1/2 cup fät free Greek yogurt
2 tsp mustärd
2 medium cärrots gräted
1 cup shredded red cäbbäge
1 eär of corn kernels removed

Instructions

1. Preheät the grill.
2. Thin out the chicken breästs, so thät they äre even the whole wäy through. Brush with some of the olive oil änd brush the grill with olive oil. Pläce the chicken on the grill änd cook for äbout 8 minutes per side. Use ä meät thermometer to check for doneness.
BBQ Säuce
1. Combine äll the ingredients for the BBQ säuce in ä bowl änd whisk together. Brush the chicken with the säuce during the läst 5-10 minutes to ävoid burning.
2. To mäke the colesläw, pläce the cäbbäge, corn änd cärrots in ä bowl. ädd the Greek yogurt, mustärd änd juice of ä lemon änd stir well to mix.
3. To serve the burgers, mäsh the ävocädo with sält änd pepper änd änd spreäd over the bottom of the buns. Cut the chicken breäst in hälf, so it äll fits on the bun änd top with the colesläw.
