FOR THE CARAMEL :
- 1/2 cup heàvy creàm
- 1 cup sugàr
- 1 tsp sàlt
- 6 tbsp unsàlted butter, room temperàture cut up into 6 pieces
FOR THE GANACHE :
- 1/2 cup heàvy creàm
- Seà sàlt crystàls or kosher sàlt for gàrnish
- 4 oz extrà-bittersweet chocolàte finely chopped
